Terms & Conditions — Swarnkar Network

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, registering for, browsing, or utilizing the Swarnkar Network mobile application or website (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using the platform.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the Swarnkar Network Community Trust.

2. Membership & Eligibility

Swarnkar Network is designed specifically to serve the members, families, institutions, and youth of the Maidh Kshatriya Swarnkar Samaj.

Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age to register independently or create matrimonial/trade profiles. Minors may be included in family tree branches only by a registered parent or legal guardian.
Verification: To access privileged directories, matrimonial listings, and sabha voting portals, you agree to complete mobile OTP verification and provide accurate gotra and family references.
Account Integrity: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and PINs.

3. Community Code of Conduct

Swarnkar Network is a sacred family and cultural sanctuary. All members agree to uphold the following standards:

Mutual Respect: Treat all elders, women, youth, and council members with dignity and courtesy. Harassment, derogatory comments, defamatory posts, or hate speech will result in immediate permanent expulsion.
Prohibited Content: Do not post obscene, political propaganda, commercially misleading, or fraudulent material on the social feed or message boards.
Truthful Information: Any falsification of gotra, family tree lineage, matrimonial status, or business credentials constitutes a serious violation of community trust.

          Zero-Tolerance Policy: Any harassment or unauthorized circulation of private matrimonial
          photos or personal contact numbers will be prosecuted under the Information Technology Act and reported to
          community sabha elders.
        

4. Matrimonial Matchmaking Rules

The Matrimony Hub is established solely for dignified, genuine matrimonial alliances within traditional community customs:

Authentic Profiles Only: Profiles must represent real individuals seeking marriage. Multiple duplicate profiles or profiles created on behalf of an unwilling individual are strictly forbidden.
Gotra Compliance: Members acknowledge and respect traditional gotra exogamy guidelines. The system automatically restricts same-gotra matchmaking.
Independent Verification: While our community moderators verify basic membership, users and parents are strongly advised to perform customary due diligence and family background checks before finalizing any alliance.

5. Vyapar Marketplace Standards

The Vyapar Directory connects traditional goldsmiths, jewelry designers, hallmark artisans, and community buyers:

Hallmarking & Purity: Artisans and jewelers listing hallmark 916 / 22K gold, Kundan, and Jadau ornaments must strictly adhere to Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) purity regulations.
Direct Transactions: Swarnkar Network provides a discovery and networking guild. Commercial transactions, billing, payments, and shipments are conducted directly between buyer and seller. Swarnkar Network is not a merchant or financial intermediary.
Zero Middlemen Fees: Swarnkar Network charges zero commission on trade connections between community members.

6. Emergency Blood Helpline Etiquette

The Emergency Blood Network is a humanitarian service operated on voluntary goodwill:

Emergency blood broadcast requests must be genuine and supported by hospital prescription/patient admission details upon moderator request.
Misusing the emergency helpline for non-emergency or spam purposes is strictly forbidden.
Donors participate voluntarily without any financial compensation.

7. Intellectual Property & Content Rights

All trademarks, logos, digital magazine archives (Samaj Patrika), artwork, audio podcasts, and software code are the intellectual property of Swarnkar Network.

When you post photographs, family history notes, or sabha announcements, you grant Swarnkar Network a non-exclusive license to display this content to other verified community members within the platform.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we take every measure to ensure authentic verified profiles and reliable uptime:

Swarnkar Network does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access at all times.
We are not liable for private agreements, matrimonial decisions, or business trade transactions made between independent members outside the app.

9. Account Termination & Suspension

Swarnkar Network reserves the right, with or without prior notice, to suspend or terminate the account of any user who violates these terms, engages in fraudulent behavior, or acts in a manner detrimental to the harmony and reputation of the samaj.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. In the event of any legal dispute or claim arising out of these terms, the courts located in Pune, Maharashtra, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
